When will my order be shipped ?

We aim to have all orders posted the same day when purchased before 11am AWST.  If made after this time, it will be posted the following day.  Orders with a 'pre-order' item will not be shipped until ALL items are in.   

Can I Return My Order ?

For change of mind with your products, we reserve the right to say no.

For a faulty item, please contact us and make arrangement for this to be return.  Upon review we will send a replacement from our supplier if we can.  Otherwise you will be offered a refund for the cost of the item paid or store credit.  Please contact us prior to sending your item back.

Can I purchase over the phone ?

I want to cancel my order

Unfortunately due to the high amount of orders, we can not cancel your order once payment is made.

I've bought the wrong size

You have 7 days from receiving your item to let us know that you have purchased the wrong size.  Let us know which size you are needing and send the item back express tracked post at your cost, to our returns address.  We will then email you a store credit to repurchase the correct size.  Shipping is not credited.

I've received the wrong item

If in the case Kidd & Co have shipped the wrong item to you, please let us know immediately.  We will then get you to express tracked post the item back to us.  Once received, we will refund you the shipping and get your correct item expressed posted straight to you.

Can I buy online and pick up in store ?

Yes ! Absolutely.  Please wait for your email notification to say that your item is ready to collect.  We have a 4 hour turn around for these.
